A. All orders to the UK are free over £50.00. All orders to the UK under £50.00 are charged at £4.99.

A. You don’t have to create an account to order from us. By creating an account during the purchasing process you will be able to view order information and make future ordering quicker and easier

Q. What happens if an order is out of stock?
A. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to notify the item is out of stock Where you will have the option for a full refund or to keep the item on back order until we receive from our suppliers and then ship out to you.
 
Q. Which delivery companies do you use?
A. We use multiple shipping providers and listed below. Our Free UK shipping would be with Royal Mail or Parcel Force Tracked services.
 
  • Royal Mail – Smaller items to UK.
  • Parcel Force – Larger items to UK.
 
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We ship orders Monday to Friday and we aim to despatch within 1-2 working days up to a 2pm cut off.
Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked and Parcel Force, shipping time is 1-2  working days. So it would take 2-4 working days to receive your order.
 
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. From time to time we will have promotions and offers running across our range or specific products. You can keep updated on these promotions through our website or our social media page on Facebook.
 
Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. No we currently only ship within the UK.
